Finding a Good Partner to Marry

Hi Jane,
I am glad to hear that you are ready to marry. How to make a right match is very important. As I have been married for 5 years, I'd like to give you some suggestion.
Of course, first of all, both of you should be attractive with each other. You love him, and he loves you. where there is love, there is attraction. You'd like to live together and have a family. And you both would like to know more about your future life. Do you love him? If you do, congratulations!
But love can not consist on for a long time without life. During your life, what do you think is the most important thing? How do you know that person you love would like to be your family member and to take his responsibilities? So a good partner also is a responsible and reliable person. When you have problems or your family takes some trouble, he must be the first person you think and stand out to help you. He likes to help you as you like to help him. If he is reliable, he can try his best to set a good financial condition for his wife and family. By the way, it'd better one of you can manage money as well as the whole family. And don't let your loved family fall into bad situation.
Right person also should be an honest and faithful person, as he can't always tell you lies. White lies are beautiful, but it's a terrible life when you surrendered by lies. Be honest to you and your family.
Then if he is a very patient person, it's very good. He must be an easygoing and would like to share some housework. And you will get easy to your endless housework. Can he love children? If  he says yes, it's perfect! Be a good father means he would like to help you to take care of children. you will have less mother jobs. Usually he has a normal family and brought up in a good condition. At least, he will care the family. See his family and watch whether his family is a family can love each other and care about each other. And whether he can be easygoing guy will be better for you to deal with your neighbour.
Actually, all this suggestion I told you just want you be a happy women to get married. And also you should not just ask your partner to be how good a person he is. Have a family, have more responsibility. Wish you a good luck!

I Like Studying Here

As a newcomer, I am glad to have a chance to study here. Every teacher here is very nice and loves to help you at any time. At first, I was new here. But after a period of study here, I made new friends, and my daughter also learned some English and likes the handwork in the daycare. The most exciting thing for me are field trips to learn more about Canadian life with our classmates and Joseph--my teacher.

My Home Town

Our home town is a very beautiful sea city, and the people there are very warm-hearted and friendly. If you are lost in my home city, don't worry about that, many people like to help you as much as they can, sometimes they even like to bring you to the place you want to go by themselves. Yantai, a pleasant climate, is located in the eastern part of Shandong Peninsula, near Bohai and the Yellow Sea, with Japan and Korea across the sea. Since Yantai was opened to foreign trade in 1861, many businessmen from different country came here for trade, leaving groups of terraced trade & residence architecture, as well as foreign buildings such as church, consulate and post office, a different architectural style and hundreds of years of the culture as containing.

Penglai, one of the famous view spots, is also called "bitter fleabane pot", is a rock hold the sea city, since ancient times was known as the "fairyland". There is a well-known fairy tale about The Eight Immortals crossing the sea. the pictures shows the story. There is also an idiom like the Eight Immortals crossing the sea, each one shows his or her special prowess.

and If you are lucky, you can see mirage, a very wonderful and marvellous scenery.the first and second pictures are normal. but the third picture shows the mirage in Penglai.

In the summer, you can go to the sea side and swim in the sea, It's free, you can stay and swim as long as you can, enjoy the seaside sunset, bear, BBQ of diferent kinds of sea food, grilled squid and even you can sing songs with music as loudly as you can.

 If you want to go a short trip, you can ride free bicycle in a hour around the seaside, and change another in next bicycle station, of course, at first you shoule get a card with 200 yuan deposit and you contact numbers, which can return to you as you can return the bicycle . If you want to enjoy the trip by yourselves,just bring this card and ride. This is the bicycle stytle of my hometown.

Writing Paragraphs

4.There's right a course at the high school near our house on Wednesday evenings for 12 weeks. I like it very much, as I didn't have guitar, my friend Susan will lend me her gaiter. I need to register on line by the end of the week. I can use a credit card to pay $60 for the course.
5. Last Saturday, a warm and sunny day, we drove to Niagara Falls. Our friend and his wife came with us. We went to Casino.Unluckily, as my friend lost all his money, his wife was not happy. At slot machines, however, I won $50, and my wife won $100 at the roulette table. I bought supper for everybody and my wife saved her money for her family.
6.Last Sunday, my family went on a day trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake. We stopped at a winery near the town. It was my time to taste ice wine. The wine was very sweet but expensive. And the bottles are very small. But it was very good. Then we took food to the park which was right in Niagara-on-the-lake to have a picnic. On the main street, we walked and bought ice cream.
7.My friend Jessica's major is accounting. She works for a small manufacturing company in Mississauga. She's responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger. But she isn't paid well. She wants to become a CGA and have her own business some day. So she is taking on line courses for 5 years in her spare time .

Summary-WomenTruck Driver

A women learned how to drive a truck. It was a very hard experience for her get through the tests and drive. But at last she became a real truck driver and was hired by company. Mature with this experience, she could get a 55,000 dollar a year. And eventually her family were very proud of her. She was a strong women.

International Women's Day

This afternoon, Alic, Eva, Ferrida,Qing nian, Barbark and I got to 9th floor and joined in a light refreshment of International Wenmen's Day. There were many goluptious foods. At first, We all gravitated towards the food. There were a beautiful and sweety cake, some India food and fruit. Women came from different place talked with each other in a cordial and friendly atmosphere.  For a little while, Joseph also joined us. We took pictures and cheered. Then we went into a meeting room to listen two Speekers about wemen right. I liked the first speaker's voice very much. Her voice was very magnetic and I easily to be attracted. A good singer, I thought at that time. Acturally, It was true, She sang very well. I liked to enjoy, althought it was a India song. She immagrated from India with her parents when she was one. And for her first 20 years, she said she didn't know why her mother was always at home, but her father could go outside and work. Even her mother always reminded her never speak too much at school. But her teacher in Canada always wrote,"Less speak, Less activity!" in her report card. After another 20 years, she realized how hard her mother was and got to know why wemen in her hometown were always lower than men. It was hard for her to chage, but she could write music and sing out. The second speaker was also came from India. And she had a tarff experience. Her mother died of cancer when she was young. She had to take care of the whole family,her younger brother and sister, even her father. So she had to work for the family. When she got marriage, the situation still did not change. So she tried her best to devote her for the fighting for women's right.

Friends and Friendly

Do you have friends? Of course, everyone has his or her friends. But do you have friends in Canada? Canada is an immigration country. So it's hard for people to make friends here. In China, as the saying goes, a man depends upon his parents at home and upon his friends abroad. It's really true. When our whole family arrived at Canada last winter, our friend picked us up to our rental house. The place we lived had been found by my friend. Before we came here, we had chatted through the Internet and delivered the picture and illustration of the location and surroundings. It helped us make up our minds. And after we came here, we needed to register at some government service centre. It was also our friend who helped us as driver and translater. After we had been here for 2 months, we needed the Health Card. We needed to take pictures. It was hard for us to find the place. So our friend again came to help us. With his help we got through these things easily. So friends are a part of our life. But how can we make friends? Maybe it's easy to make friends with the people from your own country, you know, they have the same history, the same culture and can understand us easily. I think one word is also very important. That's "friendly."
When we first arrived in Toronto, at the airport, we needed to call our friend. But we had no coins to pay for the telephone. We looked for anyone could give us change. Finally, a cleaner gave us 1 dallor. And he even told us for to keep it. He was so friendly and kind to us.
When we took bus for the first time, we didn't know whether I should pay for my daughter. So I got on the bus and asked the driver. He asked me how old my child was. I said to two and a half years. And he said no. And he said "Cute girl" to my daughter with a smile. When we got down, he wished me good luck. He was very friendly. Later, I knew that when the child was 2 years old, parents had to pay 60 cents for a ticket.
When we went to apply our Health Card, the service person gave a box full of lollipops to my daughter and said, "Brush your teeth!" She was very friendly to us.
When I wanted to decorate my room, one of my LINC school classmate, Barbark at once offered me his help. He right studied some design classes. He was friendly.
All these persons treated us in a friendly way, and I felt happy and comfortable. Actually, we need to be treated friendly and we also should treat others in a friendly way.
Just my feeling about life in Toronto.
